Every event needs someone to be the point of contact and keep everything humming along happily. Our pre-planning meetings will make sure we've thought of everything and then, during the event, I will keep track of everything and smoothly solve any issues...so you don’t have to! I know that, for many people, planning a wedding is the biggest event they've ever planned. And you don't always even know what to ask for (and even looking at these websites can be intimidating!) I can help.
Busted zipper on a bridesmaid’s dress? Melting ice cream cake? Hair-dresser running late? No problem! Love is Love Wedding Co navigates the realities of running an event with ease and tranquility.
In this package, you'll receive:
2 meetings, unlimited phone calls and emails to make sure The Big Day will run flawlessly!
Creation of a Master Wedding Binder, which includes a detailed timeline, vendor lists, and an Important People contact sheet for everyone to reference. Sparkles, skulls or shamrock stickers decorating the binder are complimentary, of course.
Assistance during the rehearsal.
Ensuring that the venue is set-up as planned.
Meeting and directing vendors during The Big Day.
Directing the wedding party and family to make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
Directing the ceremony, including lining up the wedding party, music, timing, etc.
Coordinate the reception, including managing the buffet or sit-down meal, organizing the Grand Entrance of the wedding party, calling out the bouquet (or football!) toss, managing toasts or other speeches as needed.
Collect gifts, toasting glasses, cake knife, guest book, unity candle, pictures, etc and make sure that they arrive home safely.
Provide a point of contact for anyone who has questions about setup, decor and last-minute items.
Starting at $700. Pricing is determined based on what you need, what type of venue it is, etc. We can have a conversation and work out what you need, what you want, and go from there.
Wedding Planning
Wedding planning can look like many different things. Maybe you’re not sure if you need a “wedding planner” but you’re interested in checking it out. Maybe you only want help with a few details, but you want to DIY the rest. Or maybe you already know that you want to outsource the details to someone. Love is Love Wedding Co has you covered. I will help you plan to make sure all the details are exactly the way that you want them, ranging from a full planning service to a customized “here and there” package based on your needs.
